Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated through personal business development and marketing activities. Working closely with owners and managers of properties, you will develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services related to disasters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing/sales experience in construction/restoration industry
• Construction estimating experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Xactimate and estimating software knowledge preferred
• Strong communication and project management skills required
• OSHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
