Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities in restoration, renovation, and environmental services. Working closely with property owners and managers, this role involves developing cost estimates, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key accountabilities include driving sales, revenue production, profit margins, AR & collections management, and business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Oversee revenue production and billing
- Develop project budgets to maintain target margins
- Manage accounts receivable and collections
- Work on near-term opportunities and business development
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout projects
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in restoration or construction
- Construction estimating and project management skills
- Proficiency in Xactimate and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and project administration skills
- Experience with social media and customer service
