Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated through personal business development and marketing activities. Working closely with property owners and managers, this role involves developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, and roofing services required in properties damaged by natural or man-made disasters.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Proficient in Xactimate and estimating software
- Strong communication and project management skills
- OSHA certifications preferred
