Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities, working closely with property owners and managers to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services. The role requires a strong focus on sales, revenue, profit margins, AR & Collections, business development activities, estimating proficiency, customer satisfaction, and coordination with internal teams.

Requirements

- OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
