Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated through personal business development and marketing activities. Working closely with property owners and managers, you will develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for properties damaged by disasters.

Responsibilities

• Sales and revenue generation
• Managing profit margins and AR & Collections
• Estimating proficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Coordinating with internal teams for project success

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry
• Competency in construction estimating and project management
• Proficiency with software like Xactimate and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to the role
