Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky plays a key role in managing and closing new business opportunities generated through personal business development and marketing activities. Working closely with property owners and managers in various sectors, the Project Director estimates costs for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for properties affected by disasters.

Responsibilities

• Sales, revenue, and profit margin management
• Account receivables and collections oversight
• Nurturing near-term opportunities and business development activities
• Estimating proficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaboration with internal teams for project coordination

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction
• Proficiency in construction estimating and large loss/catastrophe projects
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and social media platforms
• Strong communication, project management, and financial acumen
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA, CPR, and First Aid are preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
