The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties affected by disasters. Collaborating closely with property owners and managers, this role involves developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry
• Construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
• Strong communication skills
• Project management knowledge
• Business ethics and autonomy capabilities
• OSHA certifications preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
