Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities by working closely with property owners and managers of properties damaged by disasters. This role involves developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.
Responsibilities
- Sales management and execution
- Overseeing revenue production and billings
- Targeting and maintaining profit margins
- Managing accounts receivable and collections
- Working with internal teams and coordinating operations
- Driving business development activities
- Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry
- Construction estimating and large loss/catastrophe experience
- Proficiency in Xactimate and other estimating software preferred
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- OSHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
