Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities in the restoration and construction industry. This role involves working closely with property owners to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, and environmental services.
Responsibilities
- Sales and revenue generation
- Profit margin oversight
- Accounts receivable and collections management
- Negotiation and contract execution
- Business development activities
- Estimating proficiency and project budgeting
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Coordinating with internal teams across different project phases
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction
- Construction estimating and large loss/catastrophe experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and social media platforms
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Business ethics, integrity, and autonomy in work environments
- OSHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications are a plus
