We are looking for a motivated Customer Exit Representative to join our fast-paced Avis Budget Group enterprise team. As part of the role, you will interact directly with our customers at the airport rental locations, ensuring their departure is smooth and efficient while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the rental exit process, which includes checking documentation, inspecting vehicles, and providing additional services.
• Operate handheld devices or computers for data entry.
• Offer excellent customer service to enhance their experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Effective verbal communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work in outdoor environments and varying shifts.
