Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join ALDI's team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining merchandise displays, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Provide feedback on products and inventory issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
  • Comply with company policies while upholding data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Experience in retail environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
