Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness standards.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate equipment such as a hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
