Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store's overall appearance is at its best.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in regular store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and follow established company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Capable of safely using store equipment and following company policies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
