Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with the team, communicate clearly, and uphold ALDI's standards.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store.
  • Stock shelves and arrange merchandise displays neatly.
  • Assist customers in their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
