Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of the team, you will help maintain a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and product displays efficiently and neatly
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Maintain cleanliness and order within the store
  • Conduct inventory counts and report any issues or discrepancies
  • Follow cash handling procedures accurately
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
