Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback, and assist in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register, handling equipment, and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience as a bonus.
