Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. You will collaborate with team members to maintain a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves with merchandise and organize displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
