Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role will be crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with shopping inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Operate cash registers following cash policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies and uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or above.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
