Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the store operates smoothly and customers have a pleasant shopping experience. From cashiering and stocking shelves to providing exceptional customer service, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store standards.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, keep shelves stocked and displays neat.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skilled in using equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
