Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Strong customer service and cash register skills.
  • Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
