Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position offers a competitive starting wage of $17.50 per hour for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory, report issues, and contribute to store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Follow company policies, communicate effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
