Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy and appealing store display.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product quality and store issues.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
