Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI core competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain clean store displays, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Stock shelves, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on product issues.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Experience with cash register operations and retail equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
