Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI core competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store displays, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Stock shelves, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on product issues.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Experience with cash register operations and retail equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
