Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the store is well-organized, customers are assisted promptly, and products are stocked effectively. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, stock merchandise neatly, and maintain displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and report any issues.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
