Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the store is well-organized, customers are assisted promptly, and products are stocked effectively. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, stock merchandise neatly, and maintain displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Conduct inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and report any issues.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
- Comply with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
- Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
