Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of our store, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professional competencies in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide top-notch customer service.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with the management team.
- Monitor inventory levels, follow cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds and perform various tasks around the store.
