Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the store clean and organized.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash registers following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to provide courteous service, operate equipment, and adhere to company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
