Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for various tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. values in all aspects of your role.
  • Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service by assisting shoppers and working collaboratively with colleagues and management.
  • Report product issues, monitor inventory accuracy, and participate in inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
  • Operate equipment safely and follow standard cleaning protocols.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register effectively.
  • Proficient in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
