Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi! This full-time position involves stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
