Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
