Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Customer service and cash register operation skills
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
