Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, and maintaining a clean store environment. As a key member of the team, you will be collaborating with your colleagues to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Work with the team to communicate effectively and provide feedback to management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and organization.
• Participate in inventory management and stock monitoring.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
