Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and inventory issues.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses and ensure security.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide prompt customer service.
  • Capable of safely and properly operating equipment, including hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
