Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Provide feedback on products and inventory
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures
  • Participate in store inventory counts

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Experience in a retail environment preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
