Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store. Your role will include enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and collaboration with the Aldi team.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
- Experience in retail preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
