Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment. By collaborating with team members and demonstrating professionalism, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
