We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in merchandising, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves, perform general cleaning duties, and ensure merchandise displays are neat and organized.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company standards.
  • Operate equipment efficiently and handle products with care.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and follow company policies and procedures.
