Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
  • Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies and procedures.
  • Operate equipment efficiently and uphold company policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Prior experience in retail is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
