Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the dynamic team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise
  • Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
  • Capable of operating equipment and performing general cleaning duties
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Previous retail experience is a plus
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
