Job Description

Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to spark joy in our customers by providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. As a key team member, you will merchandise products, handle cashier responsibilities, and maintain a clean store environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Participate in inventory counts, follow cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking merchandise

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Prior work experience in retail environment is preferred

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail experience is a plus
