Job Description
Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to spark joy in our customers by providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. As a key team member, you will merchandise products, handle cashier responsibilities, and maintain a clean store environment.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory counts, follow cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking merchandise
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Prior work experience in retail environment is preferred
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience is a plus
