Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service, maintaining merchandise displays, and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Take part in inventory management and monitoring for accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies while safeguarding document security and confidentiality.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of maintaining cleanliness and following company standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is an advantage.
