Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure shelves are neatly organized.
  • Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on product inventory and customer interactions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
