Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays in an organized manner.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Contribute to inventory accuracy by participating in store inventory counts and monitoring inventory levels.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
