Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring merchandise is stocked and displayed neatly, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Stock shelves, assist customers, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
