Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves with merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
