Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in inventory counts, and report any discrepancies.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently, adhere to company policies, and ensure store security.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
