Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our store is well-organized, fully stocked, and that customers receive top-notch service during their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays with attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to enhance operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks following company standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Attention to detail, organized, and can multitask efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
