Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
