Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain clean merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain store security.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • High school diploma preferred.
