Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks, including cashiering, stocking products, and providing exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Job Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
  • Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
