We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
  • Perform general cleaning duties and ensure a tidy store environment

Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • Customer service and cash register experience
  • Ability to operate store equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
